As an experienced yacht captain and sailing instructor with corporate, charter and private yacht experiences globally spanning 25 years, I have a sound understanding of the growing challenges in managing the administrative, regulatory and maintenance programs onboard whilst balancing the safety of the yacht, guests and crew and delivering exceptional service standards.
With senior hospitality management experiences from managing teams onboard the world largest cruise ships as Chief Purser & Financial Controller, facilitating ship and guests’ clearances and ensuring onboard compliance and auditory standards, I am uniquely qualified to assist in providing exceptional bespoke service and assistance to ensure the highest standards are met onboard.

Specialising in luxury private and commercial yachts up to 500GT
We provide a bespoke and dedicated personal management service for yachts up to 50m (500GT) easing the burden of administrative and regulatory compliance on Captains & Crew by facilitating remote, professional, and personalised support, providing them with the opportunity to focus on the safety and enjoyment of the yacht and guests.
Implementing the current non-mandatory Mini ISM on vessels under 500GT, ensures the implementation of best safety management practices, including the creation of policies and procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment and emergency preparedness.
Through its implementation the management of the yacht is proactively managing safety, enhancing crew competencies, demonstrating voluntary regulatory compliance, and improving overall operational performance onboard.
